The Glass Studio crafts a variety of glassware. It specializes in sandblasting (frosting)
a wide variety of glass objects from mirrors through tableware to all kinds of drinking
glasses.
The Glass Studio concentrates on orders for personalized glass objects.  Our main
customers are corporate companies and the hotel industry, but occasions for celebration, like weddings, anniversaries,
sporting events and trophies are also catered for.
Our hotel clients take pride in serving drinks in glasses bearing their individual details, while game lodges often prefer to
feature individual animals seen in their parks or in the case of larger
glasses, the big five.
Corporate clients like to remind clients of the good service they have received by presenting them with a glass bearing the
company logo. Some items can also carry business contact details.

Happy occasions, like weddings, can be remembered by guests by presenting them with a glass bearing the bride and
groom’s names, a wedding symbol and wedding date.
Other memorable occasions, like anniversaries and special birthdays, can be marked by an appropriately sand-blasted
glass.
The more glasses ordered, the lower the unit price.

Building a new house, renovating an old one for starting a new business? Let The Glass Studio sandblast the window pains
with special designs in the case of a residential property, or a company logo and contact details in the case of a business.
Glass is used an artistic medium and fascinating items can be formed by subjecting glass to high temperatures. We have a
variety of kiln-formed glass which involves fusing (joining together) and slumping (molding) pieces of glass. Artistic glass
items are often best combined with other objects such as dried leaves, hand paintings or pieces of copper.
Glass
Words of a poem should be glass
But glass so simple-subtle its shape
Is nothing but the shape of what it
holds.
A glass spun for itself is empty,
Brittle, at best Venetian trinket.
Embossed glass hides the poem of
its absence.
Words should be looked through,
should be windows.
The best word were invisible.
The poem is the thing the poet thinks.
If the impossible were not,
And if the glass, only the glass,
Could be removed, the poem would
remain.
